Exchanges & Refund Policy

Any product bought from rabiawahab.com can be exchanged for incorrect size, subject to availability within 3 days of receiving the product from the online store only. Provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in its original state. Products cannot be exchanged at our retail studio.

• We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or if the product delivered is faulty from our end. 
• No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.

• Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible.
• Courier the parcel back to us.  

Refunds

We have a "No Refund" policy unless the product ordered cannot be manufactured due to unavailability of materials. In that case the article will be taken off the order and refund is processed within 3-5 working days. In case of any major fault in the product delivered, our quality team will review the fault and may offer exchange or store credit for future purchases. Customised or discounted orders are not eligible for any return, refund or chargeback.

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours for a ready to wear garment. A by-order purchase can be cancelled up to 3 days after the order is placed.
